  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing or property address, details about a property, your timeline and preferences, and, for registered buyers, your acquisition criteria and funding type.
  • Information collected automatically. Basic technical data such as browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate location derived from your IP address.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry.
  • Evaluate a property and prepare a written offer.
  • Communicate with you by email, and by text message and phone call if you have consented.
  • Share opportunities that match criteria you registered with us.
  • Operate, secure, and improve this website.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. Text Messaging (SMS) and Phone Calls

With your express consent, we may contact you by text message and phone call. There are two separate, optional types of consent on our forms:

  • Transactional or conversational. Communications related to your real estate inquiry, such as property details, responses, and appointment confirmations.
  • Marketing. Property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing.

For both:

  • Message frequency varies.
  • Msg & data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.
  • Consent is not a condition of any purchase or sale.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from all information-sharing categories described in this policy and will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us operate our business (such as website hosting, email, data storage, and messaging platforms), who may use it only to perform services for us.
  • With title companies, escrow agents, attorneys, and lenders involved in a transaction you have agreed to.
  • If we assign our contractual interest in a property, with the buyer who acquires that interest, limited to the property and contract information needed to complete the transaction.
  • When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
  • In connection with a merger, sale, or transfer of our business, subject to this policy.

In every case, the SMS exclusion in Section 3 applies.

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
