• Marketing. If you separately opt in, we contact you by text message and phone call with property offers, promotions, and other real estate-related marketing.
• Frequency. Message frequency varies.
• Cost. Msg & data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.
• Opt-out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

• Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent. Consent to receive communications is not a condition of any purchase or sale.
